Overview
Significant progress has been achieved across multiple levels of the project.
At Level 3, plaster work has been successfully completed, marking steady advancement in finishing activities. Levels 4 and 5 have completed block work, preparing the structure for subsequent stages of development.
At Level 7 – Core, slab and beam casting has been completed, with shuttering retained for structural support. Column reinforcement bars have been extended upward, and column shuttering activities are scheduled to commence shortly.
For Level 7 – Wing A, slab and beam works are in place with supporting shuttering retained. All column reinforcement work has been completed. Several columns have been cast with shuttering removed, while concrete has been poured in a few columns where shuttering remains in position.
At Level 8 – Wing A, partial slab and beam shuttering is currently in place. Column reinforcement bars have been extended for some columns, with shuttering work yet to begin.
Overall, structural activities are progressing steadily across levels, maintaining alignment with the construction schedule.

What is it for?
This report provides a structured update on the current construction progress across Levels 3 to 8 of the project. It outlines the completion status of plaster work and block work, as well as key structural activities including slab and beam casting, reinforcement (rebar) installation, and column shuttering in the Core and Wing A sections.
The update highlights work completed, ongoing activities, and the next phases of construction. It is intended to inform stakeholders about project advancement and ensure transparency regarding structural development milestones.

Why does it matter to you?
This construction progress update matters because it reflects measurable movement toward project completion. Each completed activity—whether plaster work, block work, slab casting, or column reinforcement—represents reduced project risk, improved structural stability, and forward momentum against the schedule.
Tracking these milestones ensures quality control, resource efficiency, and timely coordination between structural and finishing works. It provides stakeholders with clarity, builds confidence in execution, and supports informed decision-making for upcoming phases.
In short, this overview demonstrates that the project is advancing systematically, safely, and in alignment with planned construction timelines.

The Ultimate Benefits
This stage of construction progress delivers several critical benefits that directly impact the project’s success:
1. Structural Strength & Stability
Completion of slabs, beams, and column reinforcements ensures the building’s core framework is secure and ready for vertical expansion.
2. Faster Project Momentum
With plaster and block work completed on lower levels, finishing and MEP activities can progress without delay, accelerating overall timelines.
3. Improved Coordination
Clear progress across Core and Wing A allows better planning for manpower, materials, and upcoming casting schedules.
4. Reduced Project Risk
Systematic slab casting, shuttering retention, and rebar installation minimize structural risks and ensure compliance with engineering standards.
5. Increased Stakeholder Confidence
Transparent progress tracking builds trust among investors, clients, and project teams by demonstrating steady and measurable advancement.
Together, these benefits strengthen the foundation for smooth execution in the next construction phases while keeping the project aligned with its delivery goals.
